varied option beautiful ground friendly staff
i appreciated the complimentary breakfast. it featured many options, including a yogurt bar stocked with various fruits, nuts, and seeds. the pools were well-kept! the grounds were beautiful. the staff proved helpful and friendly.
the wifi worked poorly. this made simple tasks surprisingly frustrating. the signal proved unreliable at times. i found it difficult to stay connected.

The gardens were very pretty. the breakfast had great options. our room had two separate sleeping areas. The sofa bed was comfy.

The grounds were well kept, so it was relaxing. The suite i had was fantastic and the hotel always smelt amazing. The location is GREAT for exploring the algarve.
The kids club was closed, a big disappointment. The chef quit halfway and the restaurant closed. The kids playpark is VERY old.

luxurious look friendly staff well kept pool
The hotel's appearance surprised me because it looked luxurious despite its affordability. The staff acted friendly, polite, and helpful, which enhanced my experience (everyone was so helpful). The included breakfast buffet presented excellent options. The common areas included a large, well-kept pool, gardens, and multiple areas ideal for relaxation and sunbathing.
The hotel is some distance from local shops, restaurants, and amenities. I think that the hotel should consider extending the shuttle service into the evenings.
